Our hotel is located in Playa de Santa Ponsa.
Hotel Casablanca is located on the southwest coast of the island of Mallorca, just 200 m from Playa de Santa Ponsa, one of the largest beaches in the Calvià municipal district. They are also only 20 km from the capital and 28 km from Son Sant Joan Airport. Transfer from the airport to our complex can be made by taxi, regular bus line or private transfer.
Santa Ponsa is considered an ideal location for playing sport, thanks to its 600 m long stretch of fine golden sand, and its excellent infrastructures.
- Santa Ponsa has a golf club with two 18-hole courses (Par 72) and one 9-hole course (Par 30), surrounded by lush vegetation.
- For nautical sport lovers, Santa Ponsa has its own Natural Marina where they can play their favourite sport.
- You can also go hiking or cycling along the broad promenade connecting various districts of Calvià with extensive areas of vegetation and beautiful views.
But it’s not just all relaxing and sport, as Santa Ponsa also offers fun and entertainment for everyone. In the vicinity you can enjoy 2 water parks, a karting track and even an adventure park.
There is also a wide range of shops and boutiques, video arcades and restaurants. For those wishing to enjoy the night life, there are many terraces and boulevards lined with pubs and discos to have a good time and enjoy the evening.
It is interesting to note that during the first 2 weeks of September, the landing of King Jaime I is commemorated with public festivities, where the battle between Moors and Christians is staged on the beach, along with a series of other attractions such as the medieval market, firework displays…
